Yes! Our payment provider, Stripe, accepts local currencies including JPY, USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, PHP, IDR, MYR, THB, SGD, KRW, HKD, TWD, and more.
We currently accept credit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. We also support Google Pay and Apple Pay for a faster, more convenient checkout experience.
Your credit card will be charged once your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order.
According to our terms and conditions, once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming, as it becomes the buyer’s responsibility after payment.
If you made a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at info@utsukushi-jcosme.com with your full name, order number, and the correct details.
We’ll do our best to modify your order. However, you must contact us before the order is processed (usually the next day). If we don’t receive your email in time, the original order will be shipped.
Our team takes great care in packaging your order, but if any item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@utsukushi-jcosme.com within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll work to replace the item as quickly as possible.
In the case of major product defects, we will gladly send a replacement. However, we do not offer refunds.
