Chaka extract 

Studies show that chaka extract has anti-obesity and anti-oxidant properties, helping to suppress appetite and lose weight without strain.

Ten women aged 20-40 years with a BMI of 25-30 years were asked to take 100 mg/day of tea flower extract with their normal diet for one month as the treatment group, and their body weight, thigh circumference, waist and BMI were measured. Using a double-blind method, 10 members of the placebo group were also tested in the same way.
