Rohto V5 Granules Act Vision contains lutein and zeaxanthin as functionally active ingredients.
This supplement increases macular pigment in the retina, which decreases with age, and improves the ability to see (colour contrast sensitivity).

Functionally Involved Ingredients

It is important to continue supplementing lutein
Lutein is present in particularly high amounts in the macula, the part of the retina that is most vulnerable to light damage, and is important for "seeing". However, lutein levels begin to decrease after the age of 40s and continue to decline rapidly thereafter. Lutein cannot be produced in the body, so it must be replaced externally.

Improves the ability to see (colour contrast sensitivity*1)
If the colour contrast sensitivity, the ability of the macula of the retina to distinguish shades of colour, is reduced, objects will appear blurred. Rohto V5 Actvision, which was developed with a special focus on vision, increases macular pigment in the retina, which declines with age, and improves the ability to see (colour contrast sensitivity)!

Double combination of carefully selected materials for the eyes: lutein & zeaxanthin.
Lutein and zeaxanthin, which are considered to be good for colour contrast sensitivity*1, decrease with age and cannot be produced in the body, so they must be supplemented from the outside.
Rohto V5 Act Vision contains a ratio of lutein 5:zeaxanthin 1, the effectiveness of which has been proven in a paper*2.

It contains 10 mg of lutein!
This product contains plenty of lutein, an ingredient known to support the ability to see. Lutein is particularly believed to reduce light stress on the retina.


Lutein is extracted from marigolds!
The source of the lutein in Rohto V5 Actvision is marigolds. It is refined to the same molecular structure as lutein in the body, which means that it has a much better absorption rate.


As well as lutein, it also contains 2 mg of zeaxanthin!

In addition to lutein, which is said to support the ability to see, another feature of Rohto V5 Actvision is that it also contains zeaxanthin, which also works on the retina. Zeaxanthin has a different light wavelength to lutein in terms of the light it blocks, so we have combined both in a single tablet.
