Two capsules contain enough Nattokinase for approximately 2 packs (100g) of commercially available natto.
No colouring, flavouring or preservatives are added.

How to take
Recommended daily amount: 2 capsules.
Take 2 capsules daily with water or hot water without biting.
Dietary balance should be based on a staple meal, main and side dishes.
